We offer a variety of en-suite and standard accomodation at the Thatch and three other lovely properties close by. All rooms have TV's and tea and coffee making facilities.  We have rooms at Billy Budds next door; at Crosscombe Cottage which is just opposite and now at our newest addition The Priory. Recently refurbished to a very high standard it is found over the road, just up behind Crosscombe.    

All guests have breakfast at The Thatch  where a superb selection of food and drinks are available throughout the day in our extensive bar and restaurant areas.

"We here to check in", I shout across the bar, expecting to receive no response.  But a friendly young women stops pulling pints and welcomes us aboard this happy North Devon Ship. She apologises for the noise and then takes us to our quarters in the recently refurbished Priory annex on the other side of the lane.  The Thatch is designed to cater for groups of surfers and other outdoor enthusiasts who flock to Croyde.  Many of the rooms sleep four.  Ours is clean, spacious and the expose brick works well.  It's quiet, too.  We are not surfers, but this stretch of the North Devon coast offers some wonderful walks and there are plenty of cycling routes.  The Thatch is perfect as a base from which to explore.

Room 2 ~ £60 Standard Twin Room  Rooms 2,3 and 6 all share the same bathroom so they make a nice unit for small groups.  All rooms have tea / coffee making facilities and quality Flat screen TVs.
Room 3 ~ £60 Standard Twin Room  These are the oldest rooms in the pub, simple and cosy, with wonky floors that make you feel slightly drunk, even when you've been drinking water!
Room 4 ~ £80 Double Room En-suite  A good sized room which has been the most popular for years.  The occasional 'ghost' has been rumoured in this part of the inn but this can't be relied upon to appear.  Drinking copious amounts of wine may help. 
Room 5 ~ £80 Double Room En-suite  Another favourite choice, handy for the bar and restaurant.
Room 6 ~ £60 Standard Double Room  Just a couple of steps from the bathroom across the corridor, a lovely double with an outlook over the front beer garden.

Room 10 ~ £70 Twin Room Ensuite All the rooms over Billys have been refurbished. Bath no shower. 

Room 11 ~ £100 Family Room Ensuite ( 1 x double, 1 x Bunk Beds)  Plenty of space for a family to share or for three or four friends. Bath & shower. 

Room 12 ~ £70 Double Room Ensuite  Nice and cosy right in the middle of the pub. Bath only. Always popular!

Room 14 ~ £80 Superior Twin Room Ensuite - A lovely room with space for an extra bed, so it's good for three people to share.  The twin beds are easy to push together to make an 'Austrian' double if you want to get a little cosy!

Room 16 ~ £80 Double Room Ensuite  A lovely private room on its own over Billys.
